- Using a course nail file, gently buff the surface of the nail to remove the top coat and break the seal.
- Soak the nail in acetone using one of the following methods:
Soak Off Removal Wrap
Tear open your soak off removal wraps and place one on each nail, making sure the acetone soaked pad inside the wrap is sitting on top of your nail.
You can either do all 10 fingers at once, or do one hand at a time. If doing one hand at a time, you may be able to use the same removal wraps on both hands (if they haven't dried out too much)
Tip: Do your thumb and pointer finger last.

Cotton Ball or Lint Free Wipe
Soak a piece of cotton ball or lint free wipe in acetone and place on top of the nail.
Wrap the end of your finger (with the cotton ball/wipe in place) in a small piece of tin foil or hold in place with a removal clip or silicone wrap.
Note: Wrapping the finger is an important step as it will stop the acetone from drying out. It needs to stay wet to properly remove the polish).
You can either do all 10 fingers at once, or do one hand at a time.
- Leave to soak for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Using a cuticle stick or triangle polish remover took, push the polish away from the nail. Start at the base of the nail right above the cuticle and gently push your tool under the polish, being careful not to press into the nail.
If the polish doesn't come off easily, soak for another 5 - 10 minutes.
- You can lightly buff away any polish residue with a fine nail file or nail buffer if desired, being careful not to buff your natural nail too much.
- Apply cuticle oil or moisturise your hands, particularly the skin around your nails.
